[profile] argument for command line ignores ".sccprofile" (if used) and launches Default.sccprofile #514

This might cause a minor confusion since the user doesn't know if to use "profileName" or "profileName.sccprofile". I'll try editing the wiki later.

I've made that extension optional, so both "profileName.sccprofile" and "profileName" should work. That should be less confusing that old way.
