rustdiff v0.7.0

A large release: big CLI additions for scripting, a fully interactive HTML
frontend, engine and code-quality cleanup, and hardened CI/tooling.

What's new

• POSIX exit codes — --exit-code exits 0/1/2 like diff, so
  rustdiff works directly in CI ("fail if generated code changed").
• stdin input — pass - for either file to read it from stdin.
• Diff filters — --ignore-whitespace (-w), --ignore-case (-i),
  and --ignore-blank-lines (-B).
• --verify — assert the computed diff is reversible before writing it.
• --no-mmap and --html-output <path> — control over file reading
  and where the HTML report lands.
• Interactive HTML — generated pages are self-contained and include
  jump-to-change navigation (n/p/j/k keys or toolbar buttons),
  collapsible unchanged regions, a line-wrap toggle, and a view-time
  dark/light theme toggle (default follows your OS preference).
• Accessibility — aria-labels on added/deleted rows, a proper
  cross-platform monospace font stack, and a real print stylesheet.
• Security fix — filenames embedded in the generated HTML <title> were
  not escaped; they now are.

Engine & cleanup

• main.rs decomposed into a testable run() pipeline.
• A broad stdlib-idiom pass (in-place Vec::dedup_by coalescing, str::lines,
  hash_map::Entry, iterator-driven histogram selection, Cow-based
  normalization, exact-capacity op unrolling).
• New renderer fuzz target and mode-level cross-algorithm proptests.

Tooling

• MSRV pinned to Rust 1.97 (rust-version + a dedicated CI check).
• CI feature matrix (--no-default-features / --all-features) and a
  cargo-audit security job.
• #![deny(missing_docs)] with full crate docs, and a generated
  rustdiff(1) man page (cargo run --example gen-man).
• README rewritten to cover the full flag surface.

Downloads: use the rustdiff-v0.7.0-linux-x86_64 asset below (verify with
its .sha256). Build from source: cargo install --path . (Rust 1.97+).
