Consolidating settings in the Launcher!

[krishnanunnir]

So right now settings were done so that everything is spread out a fair bit, and things were unorganised, I am making the move so that the settings is everything is consolidated into better grouping, I know this might require a bit of getting used to, but please bear with it, since I think it would improve the quality of experience down the years.
