Highlights

  • cleo complete integrates only CLEO-provisioned worktrees. A task worktree is merged into the local default branch (with --no-ff, never pushed) only when the worktree lifecycle audit records that CLEO created or adopted it; a hand-made task/<id> branch is never merged. cleo done <id> --plan shows the integration preview (merge, skip or refuse, with the reason). cleo complete --no-integrate and CLEO_NO_AUTO_WORKTREE_COMPLETE=1 skip it. A main checkout with uncommitted changes, or one on another branch, is refused without switching it (T14053, owner decision D11194).
  • Breaking output. The cleo complete envelope's worktreeAutoComplete is replaced by integration, and the maybeAutoCompleteWorktreeForTask and AutoCompleteWorktreeResult exports are removed from @cleocode/core. A worktree created before this release has no lifecycle create row and is now skipped; run cleo worktree adopt <path> --task-id <id> or land it through a PR (T14053).
  • Worktree lifecycle spec updated with the integration rules (docs/spec/worktree-lifecycle.md, T14053).

Fixed

  • cleo complete merges a task branch locally only for a CLEO-provisioned worktree into an untouched main checkout; --no-integrate and CLEO_NO_AUTO_WORKTREE_COMPLETE now switch it off, and done --plan shows the decision (provenance: T14053)
