Fixed

  • a reconcile that copied a session reverts cleanly, and --rollback works on it (provenance: T13384)
  • a single-package project (no workspace declared) is one package, so a targeted test-run of the changed test files satisfies testsPassed and cleo done --plan proposes it instead of a whole-suite tool:test (provenance: T13403)
  • self-update and upgrade no longer write user-global instruction files or rewrite the project's own text; upgrade is idempotent and backs up what it changes (provenance: T13409)
