the cert verification impl is somewhat unacceptable to me by setting a global static field
ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallbackthe way to handle cert verification is not thread safe, but there is no way to do so in old netstandard api, see thread dotnet/runtime#18696
However, better bug than never
