Feature: Able to set WithContextFunc in WebhookBuilder

This is tiny fix to be able inject WithContextFunc into the generating web-hooks in the builder to avoid constructing and registering them manually. Just a "syntax sugar" on top of the controller-runtime powerfull API.

Yup. Seems a bit odd that it can be set directly on the Webhook but not with the builder

Just out of curiosity, what is your use case for modifying the context?

We have a use case in web-hook, when we need to allow/disallow validation based on userAgent value.
In ValidateUpdate/ValidateCreate this can be extracted from manager field in metadata.managedFields, but in ValidateDelete managedFields are never populated. In this case it's necessary to extract User-Agent from http header, put it into context and use it inside the ValidateDelete function.
