Description

@caiyuanji

What happened?

The kong pod failed to start properly because it was listening on an IPv6 port, but my host has disabled IPv6.

What did you expect to happen?

What parameters should be used to disable the listening port of kong for IPv6

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

What parameters should be used to disable the listening port of kong for IPv6
