• Add team for ip-masq-agent in k-sigs #1208 - to add GitHub teams for granting access. Also added @bowei @dnardo and @MrHohn to the kubernetes-sigs org since they are already members of the kubernetes org. @varunmar and @grayluck: can you create a membership request to be added to the kubernetes-sigs org? Once that's processed, please feel free to add yourself to the teams.yaml and OWNERS files. :)

• Updated the repo location in test-infra: Remove lgtm_acts_as_approve option for ip-masq-agent test-infra#14439

• Updated the repo location in sigs.yaml: sig-network: migrate ip-masq-agent to kubernetes-sigs community#4104

Once all PRs merge, we can close the issue.
