This bugfix release fixes a few issues:
- Attempts by version logger to save the SPONGE version will no longer fail
- Updated server address for JASPAR downloads
- Ensembl server address updated as well
- Tests involving Ensembl now marked as xfail (for connection issues)
- Proper closure of file handles and multiprocessing Pools
