Updates supported Node.js versions for workflow-runner tests and tooling. Local execution, policy, redaction, versioned installation and JSON contracts remain compatible.
The complete quality gate passed locally: source and shell validation, wrapper contracts, process lifecycle, installation and 25 hardening regressions. Hosted Linux and macOS quality checks also passed. Muzzle remains a trusted local workflow runner with documented single-writer loop state; it is not a sandbox.
