PackWrite 1.1.1 fixes configuration, context, validation, and filesystem failures while preserving successful CLI output and generated pack formats.
- Reject invalid offline fixtures without falling through to a live provider request.
- Apply context filters consistently, skip symlinks, and report bounded directory summaries.
- Reject conflicting generated paths, malformed configuration, non-finite model settings, and unreadable pack content.
- Return clear errors for directory read/write failures. Failed overwrite enumeration preserves the old pack and removes its stage.
- Correct phase counting, doctor prompt checks, and installation failure reporting.
- Clarify README installation, dry-run costs, and provider data sharing.
Verified with 248 unit and 116 CLI assertions offline, including 24 permission checks. Hosted CI verifies Kujo 1.2.2 compatibility.
