Updates Node.js requirements for portable Git and release tooling while preserving CLI and JSON contracts. Full CLI and hardening regressions, source checks and portable Git tests passed locally. Self-gate passed with all 16 checks and zero warnings. Hosted checks passed on Linux, macOS and Windows with Kujo 1.6.0 and 1.8.1. Requires Kujo 1.6.0 or newer; readiness signals do not certify a release.
