Refresh pricing catalog data and improve bounded service-readiness checks. Update supported Node.js versions for dashboard and regression tooling.

Verification: all 76 regression checks passed, including Agents SDK integration; RunLedger integration, dashboard build, types, generated assets and dependency audit passed. GitHub CI passed full regression and all four authentication/rate-limit configurations.

Source commit: c28d8892c49f4506ad0fb5b49f4e41a4e638948f. The source archive, SHA-256 checksums and provenance are attached. Install with kennel add watchdog@1.2.2 after registry reconciliation, or use the source archive with the documented Kujo runtime.
