Workcell 1.3.0 adds retained-workspace observations and experimental checked Git boundaries alongside cancellation and dependency fixes.
The stable guarantee remains the documented local/CI Docker and Podman v1 contract. Provider-neutral lifecycle and external adapters remain alpha; this release does not certify a hosted service or a new live provider deployment.
Verification: full offline and official-adapter suites, exact Kujo 1.6.0 runtime, Linux/macOS CI, Docker and Podman integration/load/egress, self-proof receipt verification and ShipCheck all passed. The tag artifact workflow passed; attached source/report/provenance/checksums were downloaded and independently verified against commit 189d7ab.

The local macOS Docker host lacks AppArmor and is not certified by these Linux-host results. No container image or remote adapter npm package is published by this source release.
