Nolee Branded Launcher v0.4.10

Updated Nolee AI progress labels: THINKING, SEARCHING, COMPLETE and REPLYING, aligned with LISTENING. Existing transcript answers appear immediately when reopened, without replaying the typewriter animation. AI instructions include Country profile updates.

README clarifies supported profile fields and the meaning of COMPLETE. Version 0.4.10 (code 14). Android unit tests, lintDebug and assembleDebug passed.

Optional development example APK, signed with the same debug certificate as prior releases. The Nolee AI backend also now composes tool-response text and speech together, supports Country updates and uses Nolee AI error wording; those server changes are already live.

• Expand the README with manual AI/Vosk startup, gestures and custom-tool integration guidance.
