- sqlx 0.8 -> 0.9 (runtime-tokio + tls-rustls features)
- Enable whoami's std feature: sqlx-postgres 0.9 disables it, which
  makes the default Postgres username resolve to "anonymous"
- Fix sql_sqlx unit tests missing the generation/identity ColumnRow fields
