Implement document:updateByQuery

## Expected Behavior

Be able to call `document:updateByQuery` because it exists  in the api (https://docs.kuzzle.io/core/2/api/controllers/document/update-by-query/)

## Current Behavior

Does not exist.

## Possible Solution

Implement it.
