Fix for IDA 9.4

Changed the plugin_t config from PLUGIN_FIX to PLUGIN_PROC to now get IDA to even recognize the plugin.
Unfortunately this breaks the IDA "plugins.cfg" assignable hotkey feature.
The only way I could get Class Informer to load by hot key at all was to hard coded it as the default one.
Hopefully doesn't cause an issue for anyone. Like usual you can invoke it from the IDA Edit->Plugins menu.
