Patch release for run402, run402-mcp and @run402/sdk.

Fixes

  • Stale cached project keys no longer block database calls. When the gateway refuses a cached service key (expired or revoked), projects.sql, projects.getSchema and service-key REST calls retry once as your wallet or session, and skip that key for the rest of the process. With no wallet or session to fall back to, the error's first next action is run402 credentials project-keys delete --project <id>.
  • Rehearsals no longer hang on one long request. apply/up and deploy.rehearse (with a project) start the rehearsal with Prefer: respond-async and poll its operation, relaying rehearsal phase events. Every failure after the start carries the operation id, and an interrupted rehearsal names the branch it left behind. A gateway that returns the report inline is still supported.
  • projects.getUsage types what the usage route returns: org_id, status, lease_expires_at (always present; null for a perpetual lease) and lease_perpetual. The effective_status and organization_lifecycle_state fields, which the route never returned, are removed from UsageReport.
