Turn test sessions on or off from the CLI

  • CLI: run402 auth settings --test-mode <true|false|null> allows or forbids test sessions (run402 dev --as, r.auth.createTestSession). Hobby and team projects start with test mode off; null returns to the tier default (on for prototype).
  • SDK: r.auth.settings(projectId, { test_mode }) sends it, and the settings result carries test_mode (value, effective, source, default_for_tier).
  • run402 dev --as: a TEST_MODE_DISABLED refusal now names run402 auth settings --test-mode true --project <project_id>.
