Patch release for run402, @run402/sdk and run402-mcp.

  • Route warning guidance no longer lists METHOD_SPECIFIC_ROUTE_ALLOWS_GET_STATIC_FALLBACK. The platform never emits that warning: a GET or HEAD on a path a route owns answers 405 with an allow list and does not fall through to static files. To serve a page and a handler at one URL, pair a static alias for GET/HEAD with the function route. Removed from the CLI hint table, the MCP deploy guidance, SKILL.md, the SDK README and the CLI, SDK and MCP references.

No API or method changes.
