Patch release of run402, @run402/sdk and run402-mcp.

  • run402 init astro scaffolds @run402/astro ^3.0.0. The scaffold pinned ^2.6.1, which installs 2.7.0, so a new Astro site missed 3.0.0's cold-start work: the SSR function now loads your middleware and pages during Lambda init instead of inside the first request, and bundles keep non-ASCII text as UTF-8. The scaffold's astro.config.mjs comment no longer claims SnapStart, which Lambda does not offer for Node.js.
  • The deploy preflight checks the project's tier, not the wallet's. The SDK's local tier preflight read the tier of the deploying wallet's own organization, so a wallet on prototype deploying into a team project was held to prototype limits. It now reads the tier of the project's organization, as the gateway does.
