Fix

  • The Lightning buyer pays an x402 lnbtc invoice through its last second. @run402/sdk/node's Lightning payer (and with it run402 pay and the MCP run sandbox) refused an invoice as expired at exactly its creation time plus its expiry. BOLT11 expires an invoice only once that time has passed, so the buyer now pays it, matching the x402 exact Lightning mechanism upstream (x402-foundation/x402#3688 at 09b948c). The paid-but-expired settlement window is unchanged.

No API, CLI or MCP surface changes.
