Add Choosing an AI Setup; document the AI Setup Wizard (v2.2.8) New page: what the chat and embedding models are each for, step-by-step setups (OpenAI; Ollama only; an inference snap for chat plus Ollama for embeddings; other local servers), model and hardware guidance, and common questions. AI Integration now leads with the wizard; fresh screenshots of AI Settings, the wizard, and the Study Index dialog; the new page is in the sidebar and every page's list.

Add Journal and General Conference Reminder pages New pages for both features that shipped since the wiki was last updated, cross-linked from Home, the sidebar, and every existing page's own Pages list.
