OpenWeb Update [Version 1.0.1]

🆕 What's New:

Settings: You can now easily modify your web using the settings module script in Replicated Storage. Private settings (API Keys) are located under Server Storage.
Guide: A small guide (currently a text label) instructing the using on what to do. This is for studio only.
Studio Support: Added full support for testing out your webs in studio.

✨ Changes:

Ui Update: Entire UI overhaul.
Moderation Panel: Currently disabled but now has different features & supports reporting.
Chat Tags: Chat tags received a slight adjustment.
Web Renderer: Reworked the way sites are rendered. This cleaned up the game a lot & made a much more efficient system.

🐛 Fixes:

UI Scale: All UI is now properly scaled, thanks to senka.

Note: Back & Forward Buttons + The Tab system have been temporarily disabled.
