This new util called
post-installhas one main job which is to wait for the stunnerLoadBalancer serviceto get itsEXTERNAL_IP. Initially, it is in a so-calledpending statefor a few seconds. After the service is updated with the public address, this jobJobquerries it from the Kubernetes API and updates aConfigMapwith the value like the following:STUNNER_PUBLIC_ADDR: <PUBLIC_IP>.
