Improve styling of search input #47

The search input was recently changed, and the current styles are inconsistent. I think it could be improved by:

  • Keeping styles consistent with reaction toasts (i.e. not so harsh contrast)
  • Not changing styles when previously focused (caused by .search_input_highlighted not being removed after unfocus)
