Disable ACL by default in DragonflyDB instance Helm chart

Description

Need to disable the acl value because spinning up a dragonfly cluster with default values fails on dragonfly trying to find valid acls.

If there is this limitation/issue, we should add a comment to the value and explain how to enable ACL.
