Fixed

• A scrimless Drawer (@lablup/ui-common/lab) no longer paints over
  ui-common's own overlays. 0.2.0-alpha.16 took lab 0.6.5's manual-popover
  host, which put the drawer in the browser top layer: a Modal (the
  app-shim confirm included) or a notification opened while it was up
  rendered behind it, and the modal stack inerted the drawer covering it. The
  fork opens a scrimless drawer with show() and a z-index again (base
  1000, later drawers above), as before alpha.16, and a Modal inside it
  stays in the body portal, above it. A scrimmed drawer is unchanged.
• ui-common upgrade leaves catalog: specifiers alone instead of
  replacing them with a version; the version lives in the pnpm catalog.
