Net.context support

Since echo ships with its own context, would it be possible for it to implement https://godoc.org/golang.org/x/net/context ?

@vishr Kami uses x/net/context and has some nice examples for using it to create a base context for all requests. It also makes it easy to swap out starting contexts for unit testing or different environments (i.e. database/sql pool, mock objects/api clients, etc). Also simplifies using something like app engine:

I would like this as well. It makes implementation harder with other services since we have to support echo's specific context.
