Give your eyes a little distance. GazeLift lives in the macOS menu bar and reminds
you to look away after 30 minutes of continuous work.

• A quiet green border grows inward over 60 seconds until it fills each display.
• Start a break or snooze for five minutes using the visible reminder buttons.
• Inactivity for 30 seconds, locking, or sleeping automatically ends a work session.
• After a manual break, wait 30 seconds; only fresh input after that wait starts another session.
• English and Simplified Chinese, configurable timing, and optional open at login.

Install

Download GazeLift-0.1.0-macos-universal.dmg, open it, and drag GazeLift to Applications.
The matching ZIP contains the same app. Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later on Apple Silicon or Intel.

The app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized. If macOS blocks an app you trust, attempt
to open it, then use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
