Update to ForgeGrade 5, Gradle 7.4, and bump up some dependencies

it finally works lol, this took me way too long.... ☹️
I removed the

from(sourceSets.main.resources.srcDirs) {
        include 'mcmod.info'
        expand 'version': project.version
    }

part at line 149, because it broke gradle, but it might be an important part so that will have to be looked in to.

If your intellij breaks, (like mine did like 5 times), try removing the .gradle folder and invalidating the cache, for me that fixed it.
