CountTableRowsRequest add tag field will better?

CountTableRowsRequest currently supports only version and branch, but not tag. Meanwhile, DescribeTableRequest in the same specification already supports tag. Both are read operations that locate a table by version, so there is a clear inconsistency between them.

I think tag support should be added.
