--filter outside lists your open pull requests anywhere on
GitHub in repositories owned by neither you nor an organization you belong
to, each named with its repository, such as owner/repo#12. It reaches
beyond the current repository, so it is shown only when asked for. GitLab
and Gitea/Forgejo say they have no such list.

git stk donate opens git-stk's Ko-fi page in your browser.

- tour: the page takes its colors from Callie's palette in
greylocklabs/themes, bundled as
src/tour/vendor/callie.css, instead of its own copy. Diffs and syntax
highlighting now use the same colors as the Callie terminal and Neovim
themes. just update-theme refreshes the bundled copy.
