JSON version of an exception does not have previous exception in it

When the application is in debug mode, we return a JSON version of an exception in the JSON:API errors. Not sure though if this includes the previous exception - it should, and if it doesn't we need to add that.

This was added in 2.1.0 so can now be closed.
