This PR moves us away from VuePress to VitePress.

  1. We're no longer versioning the documentation under /1.0/ as this does not make sense for Forge.
  2. We're using the @hempworks/pilgrim theme from @davidhemphill.

TO-DO:

  • Move 1.x, 2.x and 3.x doc files into their own branches.
  • Link to the individual branches from a "Versions" page (or similar).
