This PR contains all changes needed for the new v2 release of Spark Stripe and Spark Paddle. Its targeting the new
v2-docsbranch so I could keep the diff clean with just the changes for the2.xdocs. We can merge thev2-docsbranch intomasteronce we launch Spark v2.It also contains a new version switcher just like the Nova docs.
Additionally, I gave VuePress an update to the latest version.

.vuepress/distdirectory.
