• Try to find some kind full integration test driver that actually drives a full emacs?
• Let's just handle write a makefile.

in #35 I added buttercup and a really dumb makefile, but now I feel good about adding tests to backfill some of the key code and make changes more confidently. But I still need to settle on a way on how I want to do the integration tests.

in #42 , I've added full integration testing that runs emacs with a emacs driver driven by Make. LOL.
