[1.130.64] - 2026-10-22

App Updates, the Uninstaller and the Bulk Installer now read every column of winget's lists from where winget wrote
it, on a Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish or Portuguese winget and for apps named in Chinese, Japanese or
Korean.

Fixed

  • Columns after a Chinese, Japanese or Korean character were read from the wrong place. winget lines its columns
up on screen, where such a character takes the room of two, and SysManager counted characters. On a Japanese,
Chinese or Korean winget, whose column titles are such characters, every row was affected: an ID could lose its last
character or start with the end of the app's name, and the available version was read from inside the installed
one, so the update was offered with wrong versions and could not run. An app with a name in those scripts, such as
微信 (WeChat), was shifted the same way on any language. Columns are now counted as winget counts them. Since 0.3.0.
  • Some column titles winget prints were not recognised. The Russian titles, the Spanish, Portuguese and Korean
title of the Source column, the Traditional Chinese ones, and the Korean ID and Available titles, which are two
words. On a Spanish, Portuguese or Russian winget the Uninstaller showed a version such as "1.2.3 winget" with no
source and removed an app winget knows through its registry entry instead, and on a Korean winget App Updates read
the installed version as the available one. Since 1.52.8.

Verify the download

Get-FileHash .\SysManager-v1.130.64.exe -Algorithm SHA256

Expected SHA256: E2593924409F13ECCAC9FE78344096A2A14FC9B1DADB0D8AF17903E68993582D

This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click
.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.

Code signing policy

This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy
. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.

This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.

Verify where this binary came from

This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

gh attestation verify .\SysManager-v1.130.64.exe --repo laurentiu021/SystemManager

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.130.64.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
