SysManager 1.52.89
What's new for you
In Environment Variables, a variable you add, apply, then decide to delete in the same session is now actually removed when you press Apply — previously it could linger in the registry with the change counter stuck. (A workaround was to press Refresh first; that's no longer needed.)

Fixed
- An environment variable added and applied, then deleted in the same session, could not actually be removed — it stayed orphaned in the registry while the pending-change counter got stuck.
ApplyChangesmaintains two parallel maps:_baseline(drives the pending-change count) and_originals(the sole source for the deletion list). The delete loop removed the variable from both maps, but the add/edit loop updated only_baseline— so a freshly-added variable was never recorded in_originals. If the user then deleted that variable and pressed Apply again,RecomputePending(reads_baseline) counted it as a pending deletion and the UI showed "1 pending change", butDeletedEntries(reads_originals) didn't include it, so it was never deleted from the registry — leavingPendingChangeCountstuck at 1 and the variable orphaned. (A manual Refresh silently self-healed it by reloading_originals.) The apply loop now writes_originals[Key(v)]alongside_baseline[Key(v)]on a successfulSetVariable, keeping the two maps in lock-step.
