Fixed bug related to casting SmartCmdArguments to const char * with to()

fixed bug in SmartCmdArguments::to<const char *> method. Before, this method had a signature of fixed bug in SmartCmdArguments::to, but calling to(0, ptr) made no sense (the pointer was passed as value and not as reference, so no change would be sent to the user). It was changed to fixed bug in SmartCmdArguments::to<const char *>(0, &ptr)
