First release of the free edition

Known limitations:

C# language only
Searching .cs files only (C# code in razor files not supported yet)
An open solution is required (doesn't work with folders or individual C# files)
Search and filter history is not saved between sessions
For long lines of code (thousands of characters) the tool window can freeze when scrolled horizontally
