[feature] complete materials.py

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
materials.py doesn't have a complete set of useful materials in it. Also, some materials have fictional Q-values for the Yamamura formula.

Proposed solution
Add as many materials as possible to materials.py; review current data and make sure it is consistent with literature values.
