v0.17.0

@zensh zensh tagged this 17 Oct 01:28
c066c92 removed the remote methods from the anda_core context traits and
made tool_call and agent_run return the output alone, so a 0.16 patch
release would break dependents that resolve "0.16" (anda-bot destructures
the old tuples). anda_core, anda_engine, anda_engine_server,
anda_web3_client and anda_cli all move to 0.17.0, internal crate
requirements rise to 0.17, and the install snippets in the crate READMEs
follow. The server, web3 client and CLI sources are unchanged.

tokio 1.53.3 deprecates AsyncFd::new as unsound, which warned on every
build of the PTY session spawn. The PTY master is now registered with the
unsafe AsyncFd::register; the File that owns the descriptor moves into the
AsyncFd, which upholds its requirement. The workspace tokio requirement
rises from 1 to 1.53.3, the first 1.53 release with that function.
serde-saphyr, which parses skill frontmatter and metadata sidecars,
moves from 1 to 2 with no code changes.

The staged [Unreleased] entries become the 0.17.0 section: the removal of
remote engines, agents and tools, agent-initiated context compaction, the
fix that resumes a task a compaction interrupted, the PTY change, and
the tokio and serde-saphyr requirements.

Validation: cargo fmt --all -- --check; git diff --check; cargo test -p
anda_core -p anda_engine (anda_engine lib 651 passed, including the shell
tests, anda_core 87, integration tests including the PTY session test, and
doc tests pass); cargo test -p anda_engine_server -p anda_web3_client -p
anda_cli --all-features (43 passed); cargo clippy --workspace
--all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings; RUSTDOCFLAGS="-D warnings"
cargo doc --workspace --no-deps.
