chore(release): prepare dmsg client v1.1.0

Bump the dmsg CLI and desktop app to 1.1.0 and record the changes since
dmsg-v1.0.2 in src/dmsg_desktop/CHANGELOG.md: credential use (approved
program delivery, SSH/Git signing, secret file mounts, agent GitHub use,
secret snapshots, health and rotation, copyable IDs and references),
Secure Enclave approval keys and device-bound unlock, pairing through the
approval center, pending recovery alerts, encrypted display snapshots,
legacy setup guidance, paged wallet history and the Chinese term 保险库.
Its upgrade notes name the dmsg_user schema 16 upgrade that must precede
this client, the website share page snapshot links need, and the signing
and System Settings step macOS secret files need.

Also bump the workspace (canisters) to 3.1.3, dmsg_protocol and dmsg_types
to 0.4.4 and the website to 3.4.4; the canister release workflow is renamed
and builds only the canisters it still ships. Restore the trailing newline
of both package.json files.

Validation: Cargo.lock consistent (cargo metadata --locked, only version
changes), both package.json files parse, the CLI and desktop versions match
the release workflow's check, git diff --check clean. No builds or tests
were run for this release-notes change.
