Add image upload support, profile edit and org management

I got a bit carried away here!

• Added image upload to log impact form (could only do 1 file easily for now)
• Added organisation edit capability from admin with image upload (can only upload an image on the edit screen right now)
• Added user profile edit screen with image upload
• Cleaned up activity feed to all use same code
• Showing user photo on feed if available
• Showing impact log photo on feed if available

@ldpohl1 hmm, not sure why the test deployments are failing here. If you click on details on one of them and click the link to view the logs on netlify there should be a button that lets you re-run the deploy.

If you can see that then the button should also have a dropdown of other options, you could try it with the "Clear cache and build site" option.

Let me know if it's still not working.
