Consider adding support for argon2 password hasing

PHP has support for generating argon2 hashes and openLDAP also supports argon2 password hashes.

If phpLDAPadmin were to add Argon2 support, people would be able to use it on their LDAP installations using Argon2 password hashing.

The PR you reference was closed with unmerged commits. Did the code in that PR land on master some other way?

As @brenard mentioned, this issue was merged it's in commit 43bac58 in BRANCH-1.2, released 1.2.6.4
