• completionItems.ts now exposes a single namespace-aware API builder (getRaylibFunctions) consumed by all three providers — one source of truth. All providers re-register when the raylib-lua.namespace setting changes.

v0.10.0 — full parameter-snippet coverage

Autocomplete coverage + activation/lint fixes.

• Parameter snippets 223 → 522: every function that takes arguments now inserts named tab stops (names from the raylib 6.x API, reconciled against the Lua binding signatures). The 84 argument-less functions insert a plain call.
• Fixed: onLanguage:lua activation (provider never registered before), completions in unsaved buffers (dropped scheme:"file"), ESLint v9 config location (unblocks pretest), empty-namespace fallback.
• Removed redundant static snippets/lua.json (provider is the single source of truth).
• Tests: unit + integration + e2e; 13 passing.
