• Adds the native capability required for superadmin device diagnostics and backed-up POS data reset.
• Prevents a second app window from writing while an explicitly requested reset is running.
• Keeps the existing profile, login and native identity during installation. Installing this update does not delete local orders.
• Remote reset requires the corresponding web release and server setup. Existing payment evidence is backed up and reviewed per order.

Close Luxo POS before running this installer. Android POS and Customer Display remain on version 1.0.0.

The installer is unsigned, as with the prior pilot release. SHA256SUMS.txt contains the Windows installer digest.

Installation

• Windows: Luxo-POS-Setup-1.0.0.exe.
• Android staff POS: Luxo-POS-v1.0.0.apk.
• Android customer display: Luxo-CDS-v1.0.0.apk.

Finish active payments and save orders before installing. Update the existing app; do not uninstall it or clear app data. Android updates use the same package IDs and signing identity as the previous release.

Windows installer is not code-signed; Windows may display a publisher warning. SHA-256 checksums are attached as SHA256SUMS.txt.

Changes

• Confirmation when launching an already running POS app: cancel keeps the current app; accepted restart waits for saved work and native shutdown.
• The installer version is 1.0.0. Android internal versionCode is 10000.

Update behavior

These apps load the production web application. Web features follow the server deployment. This release does not provide unattended native self-updating.

Verification scope

Production installer builds, packaged version/URL, Android signing identity and uploaded file hashes were verified. Focused duplicate-launch and isolated Android tests were run. Installation on an operating store device and Windows end-to-end installer upgrade remain to be verified; no live store profile was reset.

The bundled native apps point to the current production website. The next accumulated web release is a separate deployment and is not included as a local web bundle in these installers.
